This is a contracted employee and reports to the Agency Director.

The position directly supervises 9 employees.

Start Date:  June 2026

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Minimum Qualifications:  Must have a Baccalaureate or advanced degree in early childhood education or a Baccalaureate or advanced degree and equivalent coursework in early childhood education with early childhood education teaching experience.
  • Ability to pass all criminal background checks.
  • Will be required to complete an initial health examination that includes screeners or tests for communicable diseases, as appropriate.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and be insurable.
  • Have good verbal and written communication skills as well as computer skills.
  • Have the ability to work independently or in a team environment.
  • Must be able to advocate for low-income families and those with special needs within the community.
  • Able to work evenings and travel if necessary.

Teacher (Family Service Worker)

Terms of Employment

  • This is a contracted employee and reports to the Program Administrator
  • The position does not have any direct supervision duties, but does have 2 Teacher Assistants in the classroom to assist
  • Start Date: August 3rd
  • Wage Depends on Education and Experience: $48,216.56 – $65,382.24

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Minimum Qualifications: Must have at least an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in child development, early childhood education or related field.  If the degree is in a related field, must have equivalent coursework to an early childhood endorsement.  Have the ability to walk, stand, bend, stoop and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to pass all criminal background checks.
  • Must be approved by Board and Policy Council.
  • Will be required to complete an initial health examination that includes screeners or tests for communicable diseases, as appropriate.

Maintenance/Custodian

Terms of Employment

  • This is a contracted position who reports to the Fiscal Administrator
  • Start Date: As soon as onboarding allows
  • Wage depends on Experience: $18.99-$20.18

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Minimum Qualifications: Must have High School Diploma or GED. Have the ability to walk, stand, bend, stoop and lift up to 50 lbs.  Must have knowledge and experience in sanitation and use of cleaning products and chemicals.  Must be able to perform general maintenance tasks.  Prior experience in custodial work is preferred.  Able to work flexible hours for the purposes of snow removal.

  • Qualifications: Must have High School Diploma or GED. Experience in sanitation, and large quantity food preparation is preferred.  Have the ability to walk, bend, stoop, lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for the duration of the workday.
  • Ability to pass all criminal background checks.
  • Must be approved by Board and Policy Council.
  • Will be required to complete an initial health examination that includes screeners or tests for communicable diseases, as appropriate.

  • Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED is required. At a minimum, must have a CDA credential or enroll in a CDA credential program to be completed within the first year of hire. Have the ability to walk, stand, bend, stoop and lift up to 50 lbs.

  • Must be approved by Board and Policy Council.
